For Afrika United, this year's Afrika Day took the form of several events:

- On Friday 23rd, Ultimate Productions brought musical trax for all, players and fans, at Pili Pili.

- On Sunday 25th, Afrika United played (and won) a 3-team tournament at Shijingshan Stadium organised by Beijing Zi Yan FC, the fastest growing football club in Beijing.
